Sheila has been a stylist for More than 20 Years
When it comes to making your Hair Extensions or Weaving visions a reality, there's no better professional than Sheila Triplett. She has experience working at several salons around the country: Michigan, Colorado, Oklahoma, California, and Bellevue Washington where she started over 20 year ago styling for the entertainers and celebrities in those areas. Even as a student in beauty school, she was chosen by the United States Y.E.S Team, Representatives for the national I.B.S. show to assist platform artist Velma Brooks, of Dallas and Rob Willis, of Detroit.
She first learn to braid on dolls as a small child, and developed her skills over many years with practice. Sheila was most popular in the early 90's for the Sewn In Weave and the braid in extensions that were called French Lace Extensions developed and patented by Carolyn Battles of New York. Both of these methods were popular for all hair types and still are today around the country. Now, there are faster methods of extensions that you may love from her such as Silicone or Copper Rings, Fusion, or Custom Lace wigs. She imports her own hair for you from China and India at the best prices.
She teaches one on one classes to those seeking advanced training in Braiding, Weaving and Hair Extensions. She feels that anyone can learn to braid if the truly want to. Yes, even you! She taught her beauty school instructors who where Caucasian to braid hair along with most of the students of Belleveue Beauty School in Belleveue, Washington for extra school credit while still in beauty school. In 1995 she worked in one of Denver's leading African Braid Salons until she opened her own braid salon in that area.
